• Proven ability to balance technical & commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the AI team across ML, data engineering and game development functions.
• Own the architecture and technical strategy for the game generation pipeline.
• Define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks and playability metrics.
• Design feedback loops using player and creator engagement data.
• Drive model routing, caching, retrieval and cost optimization strategies to reduce generation costs.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to shape the technical roadmap.
