Job summary

Robustware is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership for designing and delivering AI and GenAI solutions. The role is remote (EST) with a focus on scalable architectures, production deployments, and mentoring engineers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, Databricks, MLflow, and Azure AI, and will oversee end-to-end AI initiatives from design to production.
