Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions that enhance supply chain operations. You will partner with stakeholders, product teams, and IT to drive innovation and deliver transformative AI capabilities.

You will leverage generative AI, agentic AI, ML, and cloud technologies to build scalable, secure solutions while following DevOps and cybersecurity best practices and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science experience.
• At least 1 year focused on agentic AI development.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent development frameworks and MCP/A2A protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents and software for supply chain ops.
• Apply prompt engineering and LLM orchestration to enterprise use cases.
• Ensure CI/CD, security, and secure coding standards in deployments.
• Build data models and pipelines to support AI solutions.
