Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced engineer to own the entire AI-powered contract intelligence platform. You will guide technical strategy, lead development across backend and frontend, and ship production-grade features for enterprise SaaS customers.

The role requires deep expertise in Python, SQL, React, LangChain, and cloud platforms, with hands-on work building AI agents and monitoring models. On-site in New York, visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building AI products, including SaaS startups
• End-to-end software engineering ownership on small teams, shipping production systems
• Strong Python and SQL skills with PostgreSQL; hands-on JavaScript/React or modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building AI apps/agents with LangChain or LangGraph across multiple AI domains
• Hands-on with OpenAI or Anthropic models, including LLM monitoring; model training a plus
• CS degree; strong fundamentals; handle ambiguous technical problems
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

About the Role

Join a focused team building an AI-powered contract intelligence platform for enterprise users. You will own technical strategy and lead development of the user-facing application, helping shape product direction and solve complex contract workflows.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and own the application across backend and frontend systems.

• Partner with engineering, product, and design to deliver AI-powered features.

• Develop intelligent systems using large language models and agent frameworks.

• Set engineering practices, technical strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.

• Lead technical projects that influence product direction.

What We're Looking For

• At least 8 years of professional experience building AI products, including experience at SaaS startups.

• Experience owning software engineering work end to end on a small team and shipping production systems.

• Strong Python and SQL skills, including PostgreSQL, along with hands-on JavaScript, React, or modern frontend framework experience.

• Experience building AI applications and agents with LangChain or LangGraph, and working across multiple AI domains.

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models, including LLM monitoring; model training experience is a plus.

• A computer science degree, strong fundamentals, and experience tackling ambiguous technical problems.

• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker or Kubernetes, and a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in New York, NY.
