Job summary

UpWia is seeking a lead architect to design and deliver production-grade agentic AI solutions in an enterprise setting. You will guide development teams, set the technical direction, and drive multi-agent deployment strategies across complex data ecosystems.

The role requires deep experience in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and hands-on work with LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs, along with enterprise AI platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading AI/software projects.
• 5+ years in AI/ML domains.
• 1+ years building agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini Enterprise)
