Job summary

You will work on cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, optimize prompts, and deploy models using Azure AI services with a focus on scalable delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with focus on data engineering and AI.
• Proven ability to deliver GenAI projects for customers.
• Experience with Azure AI services and large language models.
• Strong knowledge of AI data pipelines and MLOps.
• Hands-on deploying and fine-tuning AI models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate AI solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Plan, design, and build AI applications leveraging data engineering and ML models.
• Guide projects from conception to completion lifecycle.
• Write high-performance, clean code and conduct code reviews.

Position : Lead AI Engineer

Location : Frisco, TX

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate possible solutions in order to meet the customers' business and technical requirements
• Responsible for planning designing and building AI applications leveraging data engineering data science machine learning models and applied AI
• Understand the requirements seeing through the project from conception to completion lifecycle
• Ability to write high performance standards complain code and perform code reviews
• Must be self-drive perform feasibility study propose and implement solutions to customer related to Data and AI needs

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience Out of which minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering and Azure AI
• Experience with generative AI frameworks for building solutions and evaluation
• Must have worked in at least 12 GenAI customer project or PoC with a recent LLM model
• Good understanding of agentic AI concepts experience in building AI agents
• Experience in designing and optimizing prompts for AI models Agents
• Hands on experience in Retrieved Augmented Generation RAG Semantic Kernel Prompt Engineering Azure Open AI Azure ML Form Recognizer Cognitive Search Vector Databases
• Hands on experience in deploying a variety of generative models
• In-depth experience in fine tuning and customizing pre trained AI models with good understanding of various patterns and practices in AI data engineering and large data processing
• Exposure to LLM based Generative AI frameworks platforms is a plus
• Practical experience building analytics applications leveraging data science machine learning models and applied AI
• Experience with MLAI platforms and APIs like Azure ML Microsoft Copilot Studio etc
• Knowledge of services such as Azure AI Foundry Azure AI Search and related services
