Job summary

NiCE is seeking a senior test automation leader to drive an AI-accelerated program, owning the automation platform, frameworks, and CI quality gates for fast, reliable releases. You’ll mentor teams, establish scalable governance, and push AI-assisted test generation and maintenance across product teams.

You’ll leverage experience in Python/C#/Java/TypeScript, CI/CD, and QA to scale automation, reduce flakiness, and improve release readiness in a hybrid Atlanta, GA role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with emphasis on test automation and quality practices.
• Proficient in Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript for test automation.
• Experience building AI-assisted automation and scalable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of AI-accelerated test automation program.
• Own test automation platform, frameworks, and CI quality gates.
• Drive adoption of consistent automation practices across teams.
• Define and govern scalable frameworks, services, and APIs.
• Mentor engineers, set quality bar, and lead modernization efforts.
• Maintain CI automation health, environments, pipelines, and tooling.
• Define acceptance criteria and quality gates for rapid releases.
