Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement advanced memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects, focusing on memory design patterns, semantic chunking, and efficient inference across distributed systems.

The role demands deep knowledge of pre/post training, model synthesis, and enterprise multi-agent design patterns.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE/CS/Math and 10+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI-native development tools and modern code hosting.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead design requirements through AI native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
• Lead a group building knowledge/data systems for Knowledge AI.
