The Lead Agricultural Equipment Mechanic will monitor product flow during harvesting to ensure uninterrupted flow to the plants and relieve Harvestor Operators when necessary. The Lead Agricultural Equipment Mechanic is also responsible for all shop operations, assist with repairs when needed, maintain repair records and ordering parts.
