Job summary

CBTS in Cincinnati seeks a senior Scrum Coach to remove impediments and foster high-performing teams. You will guide Scrum rituals, coach product owners, and mentor team members to reach higher levels of collaboration and delivery.

Strong communication and facilitation skills are essential to align stakeholders and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in agile environments, ability to resolve conflicts, and a passion for building trusted, energetic teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fulltime business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience with strong communication.
• Experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating at multiple levels.
• Coaching skills to communicate complex messages.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 5+ years of fulltime business experience
