Everforth Apex is seeking a Lead Agilist to guide agile squads in applying Scrum values, facilitating events, and coaching on backlog management. You will support self-organization, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement to deliver business value.

The role requires 5+ years of business experience and 3+ years of Scrum, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Onsite Cincinnati location; competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating at multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the Agile Squad on the Scrum framework and agility principles.
• Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement.
• Coach the Product Owner and Development Team in backlog management.
• Assist squad with self-organization, continuous improvement, risk identification, and conflict resolution.
• Remove impediments for the squad and escalation when necessary.
• Foster a trusting, safe environment for collaborative problem solving.
• Promote growth of team members and independence in problem solving.
• Model collaborative, courageous, open behavior and cross-team communication.
