Job summary

Archer is partnering with JPMorgan to hire a Lead Agentic and AI/ML Engineer focused on secure software solutions in a high-stakes financial environment. You will contribute as a core technical team member, driving tamper-proof, auditable security capabilities across multiple services within JPMorgan Chase’s Cybersecurity Technology & Controls group.

You’ll work with AI, ML, and GenAI tools to model threats, validate outputs, and ensure data handling aligns with resiliency and audit

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java and Python in cloud environments.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions.
• Strong hands-on AI/ML engineering with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Deep GenAI experience including LLMs, token management, prompt engineering, RAG and embeddings.
• Ability to review AI-assisted code and ensure alignment with security and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative security solutions and technical troubleshooting across domains.
• Develops secure production code and reviews code from others.
• Minimizes security vulnerabilities by following regulations and evolving controls.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate threat modeling and security documentation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand security needs and recommend changes during vulnerabilities.
• Performs vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security testing for applications.
