Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Lead, Senior Decision Scientist to guide analytics for Payment Integrity affordability, with emphasis on FWE and SIU programs. You will lead a team of Decision Scientists, shape analytical frameworks, and drive ideation from concept to implementation across enterprise programs.

Qualifications

7+ years in healthcare analytics or related field.
5+ years leading analytics projects in healthcare.
Experience with healthcare claims platforms (ACAS/QNXT/HRP).
Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python or R for analytics.
Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and Payment Integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentorship for the team.
Partner with SIU, Analytics & Behavior Change and Medical Economics to identify opportunities.
Analyze complex healthcare data to identify patterns and opportunities.
Develop dashboards, studies and predictive analyses to support decisions.
Present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Lead ideation sessions and governance of opportunities.
