Job summary

Dermacare Medical Aesthetics in Mission Valley, San Diego, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Lead Aesthetic Physician to guide clinical services and patient care. You will lead an established practice with an experienced team and access to advanced laser technologies and cosmetic injectables.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic growth, while delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction in Southern California.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Dermatology or related specialty.
• California medical licensure eligibility is required.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mission Valley location as the clinical physician leader.
• Perform cosmetic injectables, laser-based and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and consult with patients.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand services and grow the practice.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient safety standards.
