Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa Med Spa seeks a Lead Injector and Educator (RN/NP/PA) in Texas to deliver advanced cosmetic injections and mentor the injector team. You’ll lead hands-on treatments, onboarding, and ongoing education to ensure top-tier patient experiences.

The role combines clinical leadership with teaching, aiming to build a robust patient base while supporting brand growth across Texas. Strong injection skills and mentoring ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license.
• 2+ years injectable experience preferred.
• Experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations.
• Experience training or mentoring preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience in medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments: Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF, SkinVive, chemical peels and other services.
• Training & Education: onboard and mentor new injectors; maintain treatment protocol consistency.
• Patient Care & Consultation: conduct aesthetic consultations; develop personalized treatment plans; educate guests on injectables and maintenance.
• Practice Growth: build and maintain a loyal injector patient base; support promotions and referrals.
