Job summary

AT&T seeks a Lead Advanced Analytics to strategically analyze data from diverse sources using predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis, driving informed decisions. Design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions supporting Compensation on the Consumer Technology Team.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Agile background, and deep knowledge of ATT technologies. Office presence is required in Alpharetta, GA; location includes Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics).
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Quota process from requirements to production, coordinating WebTool and Goal Loading.
• Analyze data requests, maintain interfaces, resolve data discrepancies across applications.
• Define data requirements with clients and analysts for data integration and BI.
• Document data mapping rules for movement between applications.
• Extract and analyze data to create reports and provide recommendations.
