Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team is hiring a Lead Business Transformation Architect specializing in Adobe Commerce. You will guide architecture for Magento-based solutions across catalog, pricing, promotions, and checkout, while designing Cloud environments, serverless extensions, and API-led integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing Adobe Commerce (Magento) architectures including catalog, pricing, promotions, and checkout.
• Experience deploying Adobe Commerce Cloud environments, builds, and integrations.
• Experience building serverless extensions with App Builder, I/O Runtime, API Mesh.
• Experience developing PHP and Magento modules with DI, REST/GraphQL, and upgrade-safe practices.
• Experience integrating Commerce with PIM, ERP, OMS, payments, taxes, and fulfillment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of Adobe Commerce solutions, including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, order management, and extensibility patterns.
• Design, deploy, and support Adobe Commerce Cloud environments, including cloud config, build/deploy workflows, integrations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Build serverless extensions, integrations, and event-driven capabilities using App Builder, I/O Runtime, API Mesh; orchestrate GraphQL APIs with external services.
• Guide PHP and Magento development including module development, DI, service contracts, GraphQL, REST APIs, database interactions, and upgrade-safe customization.
• Apply microservices and API-led architecture to integrate Commerce with PIM, ERP, OMS, payment, tax, and fulfillment platforms.
• Define integration patterns between Adobe Experience Manager on Cloud Service, Edge Delivery, and Commerce; translate requirements into design decisions.
