Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced ADAS Lighting Architect to lead feature development for Auto High Beam, AFS, and matrix lighting. You will define requirements, coordinate with design, hardware, and software teams, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

You will drive validation using HIL/MIL/SIL, conduct root-cause investigations, and help shape a robust feature roadmap for next-gen vehicles, delivering a superior customer lighting experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ADAS feature development with radar, camera, LIDAR, or related vehicle systems.
• System engineering experience: V-model, functional decomposition, requirements development, FMA analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for ADAS Lighting features and define roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Lead development of feature engineering deliverables and test procedures.
• Define and refine vehicle-level use cases and safety analyses (ISO-26262).
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FMVSS 108, UNECE, SAE) and seamless integration with camera-based perception.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, and Test teams to cascade requirements and validate performance.
