Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in a product-centered team.
• 2+ years in a lead or people-management role.
• Demonstrates lead-level ownership navigating ambiguity.
• Experience with AdTech systems.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms.
• Proficiency in at least one system language (Go preferred).
• Database fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers building scalable services and APIs.
• Drive architecture and design decisions for the ads platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with roadmap goals.
• Manage and grow a team of 3-4 engineers.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
