Luxury Bath in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Lead Bath Installer to join our team. If you’ve installed acrylic bath or shower systems and take pride in quality work, we’d like to talk with you.

Responsibilities include installing acrylic bath and shower systems, completing bathroom remodels, carpentry and basic plumbing as needed, keeping sites organized, and mentoring other installers when required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bath remodeling or installation experience.
• Experience with acrylic bath systems preferred.
• Good carpentry skills.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Complete bathroom remodels with quality workmanship.
• Perform carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing as needed.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Lead jobs and help train other installers when needed.
