A community health organization in Oakdale, MN, is seeking a Lead Accounts Receivable/Billing & Collection professional to handle behavioral health billing and collections. The role demands experience in insurance and billing, with a strong emphasis on communication and financial monitoring. Candidates should have a high school diploma and three years of relevant experience within a mental health organization. This position also includes generous paid time off and healthcare coverage.

Annualized: $57,276.94 – $66,320.67

This position performs behavioral health billing, collection, and accounts receivable procedures; monitors and maintains documentation regarding payer reimbursement regulations and procedures; and communicates with clients and staff regarding billing and collection matters.
