Job summary

PingIdentity is seeking an experienced accounting/finance professional in Denver to manage journal entries, month-end reconciliations, and financial analysis. You will explain results, prepare SOX documentation, and coordinate with external auditors.

You will partner with the broader accounting team on GL, reporting, and ad hoc tasks. The role emphasizes ownership, mentoring junior staff, and identifying process improvements in our ERP ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ accounting experience with experience as a mentor to junior team members
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • A strong sense of ownership, initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Organized and thorough with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Actively identify opportunities for process improvement or operational automation in existing system infrastructure.

You have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

You have an advantage if you have:
  • Familiarity with Netsuite as an ERP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Possess a collaborative spirit.
  • Mixture of public accounting and private industry experience.

Salary Range: $95,000-$100,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
