Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Accessories Technical Designer with an Industrial Design background to lead technical development across Bags, Jewelry, Footwear, Hair Accessories, Socks, Scarves, and Hats.

You will translate concepts into precise technical specs and 3D CAD models, defining construction, fit, tolerances, hardware specs, and quality standards to ensure brand consistency across accessory categories.

Qualifications

• Industrial Design background required.
• Translate concepts into production-ready tech specs and 3D CAD models.
• Proficiency with Rhino/Matrix and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D CAD models and render concepts for accessories.
• Develop comprehensive Tech Packs with BOMs, exploded views, and tolerances.
• Bridge soft- and hard-goods design with engineering for function and durability.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, QA, and vendors to resolve issues.
