Job summary

Children's Crisis Treatment Center seeks an ABA Lead Clinician to guide the clinical team serving children and families in the Philadelphia area. You will supervise ABA-BHTs, design treatment plans and skill acquisition programs, perform assessments, train caregivers, and ensure high-quality documentation and treatment integrity across services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• ≥12 college credits in ABA coursework.
• Licensed BCBA.
• Minimum of one year full-time postgraduate experience delivering mental health services to children.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising ABA-BHTs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of up to five children.
• Complete initial Functional Behavior Assessments and Skill Assessments.
• Develop individual treatment plans and skill acquisition programs; manage data and reinforcement systems.
• Provide training and consultation to caregivers and staff.
• Review progress and adjust interventions monthly; reassess at least every 6 months.
