You will coordinate materials, schedules, and manpower to support inspections and departures, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have FAA A&P certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • English language proficiency is required for reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
  • Experience with Boeing aircraft and avionics systems is preferred.

Position Summary:

Inspect, modify, and repair aircraft at the maintenance base. Troubleshootstechnical discrepancies and executes repairs of company aircraft.

Leads andguides mechanics on advanced tasks.

Proficient in the use of electronic testequipment, voltage/amperage measuring, recording devices and navigation oftroubleshooting equipment. Coordinates materials and tooling requirements forprojected work. Schedules manpower to cover aircraft maintenance andinspections.

Major Job Accountabilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and execute the repair of companyaircraft
  • Accomplish aircraft inspections per company procedures
  • Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, voltage or amperagemeasuring, recording devices, and navigation troubleshooting equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technicalorders
  • Inspect and assist in the maintenance of company equipment and tooling
  • Work as a member of a team that will interface with contract maintenancepersonnel
  • Follow safety measures, good shop practices, and cleanliness standards
  • Communicate discrepancies to the Maintenance Control department found duringinspections and follow directions to troubleshoot and repair faultyconditions
  • Ensure that all aircraft documentation is completed accurately per companyand FAA procedures prior to aircraft departure
  • Leads and guides mechanics on advanced tasks
  • Organize daily tasks and coordinate inspections/repair of aircraft
  • Coordinate materials and tooling requirements for the projected work for theentire shift
  • Act as shift manager as required
  • Schedule manpower to cover aircraft maintenance and inspections
  • Perform Manual and Aircraft parts inventories as required
  • Assist other company departments to ensure the on-time departure of companyaircraft
  • Additional duties assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and PowerplantCertificate
  • Experienced transport category aircraft maintenance experience (Boeing seriesaircraft – Preferred)
  • Formal training on advanced systems/avionics on Boeing aircraft
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software and use of digital manuals
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work in variable weather conditions
  • Able to work rotating schedules to include weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must possess a valid passport
  • Must possess a valid US state-issued driver’s license
  • May travel occasionally for AOG recovery and special projects when requested

Pay Range$94,000—$126,500 USD
