• You’ll oversee Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash Control, Food Management, Work to a Schedule, and Customer Service; ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Operate all equipment, manage stock from delivery to storage, prepare product, receive phone orders, take inventory and maintain paperwork.
