Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Creative Services to orchestrate high-end 3D animation and video production for marketing and customer engagements. The role requires translating complex engineering content into compelling visuals while enforcing brand standards and deadlines.

The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience with industry tools (Cinema 4D, UE5, Maya, After Effects) and a track record of delivering broadcast-ready pieces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 9 years of related experience.
• Experience translating engineering concepts into visual media for marketing and internal communications.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency with the listed 3D and VFX tools (Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, UE5, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conceive, model, light, and render 3D animations for marketing and events.
• Edit and finish video by combining animation, live action, and motion graphics.
• Translate technical content into clear, engaging visuals for internal/external audiences.
• Apply AI tools to improve quality and speed within policy and security guidelines.
• Maintain organized project files and pipelines for repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and program teams to ensure accurate visuals.
