Wingstop - Sizzling Platter in Meridian, ID seeks a Shift Lead to supervise crew members, guide daily operations, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will coach staff, uphold Wingstop standards for food quality and safety, and support opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Evening/weekend availability is often required.
