Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a Shift Lead in Laurel, MS to guide crew during shifts, uphold quality standards, and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will coach team members, provide real-time feedback, handle guest concerns professionally, and assist with opening/closing duties while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.

• Monitor, enforce food safety and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
