Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Oklahoma or Multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire; NRP within 30 days.
• Fetal Monitoring: Intermediate or Advanced within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per BMC standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care for patients on the unit.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care to deliver quality patient care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
• May delegate appropriate nursing tasks to other staff based on patient needs.
