Job summary

APTIM is seeking a dedicated LDAR Technician in the United States (Louisiana region) to perform leak detection and repair (LDAR). The role includes data collection, record maintenance, and collaboration with LDAR field teams to optimize system performance.

Expect work in challenging environments and regular equipment calibration. Responsibilities include calibration, routine maintenance, certifications, and documenting LDAR activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions on the field.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to work at heights and climb tower ladders 100 ft.+.

Responsibilities

• Perform LDAR policies and procedures on project sites.
• Daily Analyzer calibration.
• Routine repair and maintenance of analyzers.
• Quarterly certification of analyzers.
• Coordinate LDAR field activities with contract technicians.
• Maintain and complete monitoring schedules.
• Repair leaking components.
• Generate work requests and follow-up on LDAR maintenance repairs.
• Maintain record keeping on monitoring and repairs.
• Maintain identification of LDAR components and applicability reviews.
