Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an entry level LDAR assistant to support air monitoring, emissions measurement, and field data collection for regulatory compliance. You will be trained to operate portable gas analyzers, perform calibrations, and maintain testing equipment in refinery and plant environments.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for growth into other technical services and leadership paths within a field-based team.

Qualifications

• Entry level LDAR role with on the job training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training beneficial.
• Willingness to travel and work in refinery environments.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety procedures and maintain job documentation.
• Perform EPA Method 21 hydrocarbon leak detection with portable analyzer.
• Calibrate and certify analyzers and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete monitoring routes on schedule and report findings.
• Identify leaks and tag leaking components per regulations.
• Conduct visual inspections for hydrocarbons and report issues.
• Maintain LDAR component inventory and records.
• Provide daily reports and communicate changes to site personnel.
• Coordinate with plant personnel and supervisors as directed.
• Attend required training and stay competent in duties.
