Job summary

Trinzic, the future spin-off of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions, seeks a Sr. Specialist, Logistics Support to support LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope. You will review and develop TMRs/TMOs and craft logistics plans across supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.

Responsibilities include coordinating interfaces between transportation, maintenance and warehousing, troubleshooting logistics issues, and communicating objectives and schedules with customers.

Qualifications

• USG Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Undergraduate degree with 3–5 years of experience
• Valid State Real ID
• Experience in the TMR (Transportation Movement Request) process
• Experience on Command Post of the Future (CPOF) / Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE)
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Experience in the TMO (Transportation Movement Order) process

Responsibilities

• Recommend and coordinate the logistics support structure for the project
• Coordinate interfaces between logistics functions to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support
• Troubleshoot logistics problem areas and coordinate resolutions
• Coordinate with customers to meet objectives, priorities, and schedules
• Analyze work processes and develop metrics for performance
• Coordinate with Environmental, Safety and Shared Services for logistics tasks
• Battle tracks all LSO-Trans mission support

Program Summary

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S. Army training exercises. KBR’s LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

Job Summary

Responsible for the review and development of TMRs/ TMOs, logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.
• Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer.
• Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.
• Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
• Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance.
• Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regards to logistical functions performed under contract.
• Battle tracks all LSO-Trans mission support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• Currently possesses a USG Secret clearance or be able to successfully obtain one.
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience.
• Must possess a valid State Real ID.
• Experience in the TMR (Transportation Movement request) process.
• Experience on Command Post of the future (CPOF) / Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE).
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access and Power Point.
• Experience in the TMO (Transportation Movement Order) process.

Pay

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Basic Compensation: $76,300 - $114,400

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
