Formación

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our healthcare team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical social work services to patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include assessing psychosocial needs, providing clinical interventions and counseling, offering crisis support, educating patients and families, and coordinating appropriate care to promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluate patients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emotional or situational difficulties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and support treatment goals.
• Provide patient and family education regarding available resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable professional standards and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
