Job summary

Genesis PrimeCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Therapist to provide compassionate, recovery-focused care in a clinic setting across Atlanta, TX; Texarkana, TX; and Texarkana, Arkansas. The role supports individuals and families with psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and a range of therapy modalities.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and be licensed in Texas or Arkansas (LCSW/LPC/PhD licensure).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Currently licensed in TX or AR as LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral health services in a clinic setting.
• Conduct psychosocial and behavioral assessments; develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention and health education.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation; collaborate with medical providers and community resources.
