By the Bay Health seeks an Education Department professional to advance Social Work and Spiritual Care through training and materials design, supported by an interdisciplinary team. The role fosters learning, collaboration and improving patient and employee experience, with a Tue–Thu, 8:30am–5:00pm schedule and hybrid work (two onsite days in Larkspur or nearby offices, one remote day).

This Education Department role helps ensure clinical excellence in home-based social services. You will:

Schedule

Tuesday – Thursday; 8:30am – 5:00pm

Location

Hybrid – 2 days onsite required in any one of our Larkspur, San Francisco, Sonoma, San Mateo or Pleasanton Offices; 1 day remote

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

Education/Experience

• Master of Social Worker required.
• Minimum of five years Clinical social work experience or equivalent, preferably in a health care setting providing clinical services in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness.

Pay Range

$46.60 – $58.35 hourly
