This full-time role requires CA licensure and at least one year of mental health experience, serving a broad range of patients in a 100% outpatient setting with a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends. The compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a bonus plan that can add $10,000–$20,000 annually.

Qualifications

• CA license required (LCSW or LMFT)
• Minimum 1 year mental health experience
• Full-time outpatient position
• CA licensure required for practice in CA

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services to a broad range of patients
• Treat patients across age groups and behavioral health conditions
