Job summary

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead behavioral health services for children, adults, and families. You will oversee therapy delivery, supervise clinicians, and ensure compliance with OMH standards in a compassionate, team-driven environment.

The role requires an MSW with LCSW licensure, at least three years in a clinic setting with children and families, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's level clinician with MSW and LCSW license.
• Minimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families; at least one year in supervision.
• Experience with OMH regulations and child/family services coordination; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of individual and family therapy and crisis intervention.
• Ensure clinical services meet high standards and OMH regulations.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns; support professional growth.
• Participate in bi-weekly supervision with Clinic Director and Administrative Director.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention services.
• Ensure clinical services meet the highest standards of care and comply with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations.
• Provide direct supervision to clinicians and interns, fostering professional growth and excellence in clinical practice.
• Participate in bi-weekly supervision with the Clinic Director and Administrative Director to support alignment with program goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Requirements:

• Master's level clinician with a degree in social work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
• Minimum three years' experience in a clinic serving children/adolescents and families and one year as a supervisor.
• Demonstrated understanding of the interrelated functions of Child Welfare, the Office of Mental Health (OMH), and the Education system, and how these systems collaboratively impact child and family services
• Office of Mental Health experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
