Job summary

Island Health in Washington state is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, days position on-site within the Specialty Clinics team. You’ll conduct psychosocial assessments, establish DSM-5 diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy across the care continuum.

Requirements include an MSW, current WA licensure, and BLS certification; two years of post-licensure experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MSW degree and WA licensure required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and within healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish DSM-5 diagnoses.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Assess and manage patient risk including crisis intervention and stabilization.
