LifeStance Health is actively hiring Licensed Therapists in Colorado for both telemedicine and in-person work across 35+ offices, including Colorado Springs. We offer flexible schedules, full-time opportunities, generous compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $115,000 per year, with productivity-based bonuses. Applicants must be fully licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and able to work with adults, geriatrics, and/or children/adolescents.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Colorado as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience with adult, geriatric, and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Bilingual therapists and play therapists are welcome in multiple locations.
