Job summary

PATH, a California-based nonprofit, is hiring an LCSW Clinician for the main office in Los Angeles. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on intensive case management and clinical services within ICMS and PSH settings.

The clinician will provide crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, and care coordination, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Licensing in CA and driving are required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Current and active licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• One (1) year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a program serving homelessness and/or co‑occurring populations.
• Must have employment eligibility verification; CPR/First Aid training; TB test; background screening; drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment for program clients.
• Provide mental health training and consultation to staff.
• Attend outreach and home visits to conduct assessments and provide clinical support.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments per policies.
• Coordinate care with other providers and connect clients to needed services.
• Provide temporary mental health counseling when needed.
• Collaborate with case managers and team members.
• Maintain complete, accurate client files and documentation.
