Job summary

The State of Missouri seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at the Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center in Farmington, MO. You will provide clinical casework services within an interdisciplinary team, compiling client histories and coordinating with medical staff to support treatment and discharge planning.

Remote/flexible scheduling is available, with regular day shifts and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Education, experience, and skills as applicable to the role (clear articulation requested).
• Minimum qualifications include licensure as appropriate.
• Preference for LCSW licensure and related social work credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical casework services to individuals with mental illness and/or developmental or physical disabilities.
• Compile comprehensive case histories for medical and treatment staff, including social, environmental, and economic backgrounds.
• Participate in admission decisions, social diagnosis, prognosis, progress review, research, and aftercare planning with an interdisciplinary team.
