Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Texas licensure as LMSW in Cedar Park, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. A $7,500 ramp stipend is available for clinicians offering 25+ hours per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth and in-person sessions in Cedar Park, TX.
• Pursue Texas licensure as LMSW.
• Work 30 hours per week with 25+ client visits and 5 hours admin time.
• Coordinate with supervisor on DSM-5 diagnoses and case consults.

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Texas Licensure as a LCSW in Cedar Park, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings).

Qualifications:

• Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are provided
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Approved by the board as a LMSW
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:

Up to $51,700 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
