Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking an outpatient therapist in Wisconsin to join a collaborative team. You will carry a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week, perform diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and document notes with diligence.

You’ll apply clinical creativity to help clients progress, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and enjoy flexible work-from-home options with a supportive culture and growth pathways within Ellie Mental Health.

• Carrying a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week

What We're Looking For

• An active LCSW in Wisconsin
• Comfort with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and progress notes
• Solid boundaries with clients and the self-awareness to maintain them
• Willingness to keep up with documentation in a timely way (we all have to do it)
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a bonus
• Credentialing with insurance panels is ideal for fully licensed folks, but we can work with you
