Job summary

AWARE Havre, MT is seeking LCPC/LCSW to provide clinical supervision and direct youth-focused treatment services. You will coordinate skill-building activities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and oversee individualized care plans.

Eligible candidates hold an advanced degree and Montana licensure or licensure eligibility; at least one year of direct experience is required, with NHSC slot possibilities and licensure support offered.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or equivalent Montana license.
• Clinical understanding of youths who are emotionally challenged and learning differences.
• Ability to assess youth and families from a strengths perspective.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possible NHSC slot; licensure assistance available.

• Provides clinical program supervision according to State of Montana administrative rules and corporate policy for the programs he/she is assigned.
• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment, drawing on experience and the needs and strengths of individual youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.

Requirements
