Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Corvallis, MT is seeking a licensed LCPC/LCSW to join our full-time team. The role offers a starting salary between $60,000 and $70,000 per year and focuses on delivering high-quality care to individuals, families, and youth in the community.

You will supervise clinical programs, coordinate skill-building activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and monitor treatment, with opportunities for professional growth and licensure support.

Qualifications

• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist in Montana.
• Clinical understanding of emotionally challenged youth and learning differences.
• Ability to assess youth and families from a strengths perspective.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• NHSC slot and licensure assistance may be available.

• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment, drawing on experience and the needs and strengths of individual youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served.

Requirements

Talents, skills, and abilities:

• An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one (1) year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as an LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, or any other such license as recognized and regulated in the State of Montana.
• A clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
• An ability to assess youth and their families from a strength's perspective.
• Ability to work with a variety of people using strong oral and written communication skills.
• Possible NHSC slot, continuing education credits, clinical supervision, and other licensure assistance available.
