Benefis Health System is seeking an LCPC or LCSW to join our Behavioral Health team in Great Falls, Montana. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual and group therapy as part of our comprehensive psychiatric services.

The role supports an outpatient program with no evenings or weekend obligations, and offers a path to mentorship of interns along with shared professional growth within a large regional system.

• Perform biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments and deliver therapy.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and group therapy.
• Mentor and supervise student interns and junior staff.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, NPs, social workers and counselors.
• Support an outpatient and inpatient continuum with flexible scheduling.

Job Details

• Ourbehavioralhealth programs offer a spectrum of care including outpatienttherapy, intensive outpatient programming, and acute psychiatric inpatient care, supported by a Clinical Director of Behavioral Health.
• We are proud to serve the north central Montana area and work closely with primary care and other specialties in the inpatient and outpatient settings and have a variety of options to help you achieve joy in your practice.
• The ideal candidate will perform biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments,provideindividualpsychotherapy and group therapy, and also be an integral member of our intensiveoutpatientprogram (IOP) team
• Opportunity to help mentor and/or supervise student interns and fellow staff who are not yet independentlylicensed
• Clinic is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with no evening,weekendor call obligations
• Candidates musthave earned aMaster of Counselingor Social Work or related fieldandhold a Montana license or be eligibleto obtainMontanalicensureto be considered.
