Job summary

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a LCMS Business Systems Integrator/Logistics Systems Analyst to support LCMS modernization, analytics, and use-case development for Marine Corps governance and implementation decisions.

The role requires DoD security clearance, extensive Marine Corps logistics experience, and strong analytical abilities to drive strategic recommendations and roadmaps across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations research, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with U.S. Marine Corps logistics systems (16 years without degree).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend logistics strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
• Support HQMC LPI with logistics systems analysis & recommendations.
• Support the transformation of Marine Corps' operational level fragmented logistics systems into LCMS.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
