Lakes Regional in Terrell, TX is seeking a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor for a full-time outpatient role. You will provide individual counseling, group sessions, and family education, delivering evidence-based interventions and maintaining timely documentation in our case management system.

You will manage a caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and relapse prevention.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas LCDC license in good standing.
• Outpatient SUD counseling experience preferred.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical substance use assessments and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver individual counseling, group therapy, and family sessions.
• Provide psycho-education classes and relapse prevention support.
• Maintain timely documentation in case management systems.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external resources.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and professional development.
