Urban Health Plan seeks an LCAT Supervisor to oversee clinical supervision while maintaining a partial caseload for direct 1-1 psychotherapy with children, teens, adults and families. The role blends supervision duties with clinical service in a hybrid, Bronx-based setting, requiring strong licensing and supervisory experience.
The candidate should hold a NYS LCAT and a Master's in Art Therapy, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred to serve diverse populations.
Joining our clinical supervision team at Vida Guidance Center- Urban Health Plan's Article-31 Mental Health Clinic- we are seeking a dynamic new LCAT Supervisor (Licensed Creative Arts Therapist Supervisor). As the LCAT Clinical Supervisor within a given week, you will maintain a partial caseload of patients for 1-1 therapy for children, teens, adults and families and allocate partial time towards providing clinical supervision to therapists at the site, which includes part time and full time LCATs.
Minimum $86,000 per year; Maximum $95,000 per year
The position is hybrid - 4 day/week onsite, 1 day remote. Monday to Friday schedule in Bronx, NY for 35 regular hours per week. Must have flexibility to periodically work Saturday shifts on an as needed basis to cover for our Saturday supervisor.
